Off Highway 33 in New Tazewell turn north on First Avenue. This eventually turns into Cloud Road. Continue on Cloud Road till you see Dogwood Road and then Baldwin Hill Road. Turn right on Baldwin Hill Road and you will go a short way and see Duncan Chapel Baptist Church on your right.
